NCT ID NCT07205770

Summary

This study compared two different stretching techniques for people with mild scoliosis to see which one works better. Researchers tested 28 participants aged 14-65, having them perform either Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) exercises or Passive Stretching. They measured improvements in spine flexibility, head position, and back muscle endurance to determine which approach provided greater benefits.
