NCT ID NCT07552662
First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at 32 teenagers with mild scoliosis (curves between 10 and 25 degrees) to see if special scoliosis exercises work better than general exercises. Over 12 months, researchers measured changes in spine curvature and how many teens needed a back brace. The goal was to find out which exercise approach helps control curve worsening and improves quality of life.
