First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week program of core and breathing exercises can improve spine curvature, breathing, and appearance in teens aged 10-17 with mild scoliosis (Cobb angle 10-25°). 32 participants will be split into two groups: one doing the special exercises, the other receiving standard care. The goal is to see if this non-surgical approach offers meaningful benefits.
