Can learning lower heart risks after spinal injury?

Summary

This study is testing whether an educational program helps people who recently had a spinal cord injury understand their increased risks for heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. Researchers will enroll 250 adults within 4 months of finishing their initial rehab. The main goal is to see if the education improves participants' knowledge about these health risks.
