Summary
This study tests whether a specially designed education module helps people with spinal cord injuries understand their increased risk for heart disease, obesity, and related health problems. Researchers will enroll 250 adults aged 18-70 with spinal cord injuries and measure changes in knowledge, body weight, and body composition. The goal is to see if early education can improve long-term health outcomes.
