NCT ID NCT06942637

Summary

This study is testing a school-based program called INSPIRE, designed to help Indonesian teenagers better understand mental health, build resilience, and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. Over 680 students and their parents will participate, with some receiving the 8-week program led by trained counselors and others receiving standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves knowledge, attitudes, and help-seeking behaviors while reducing mental health symptoms.
