Summary

This study tests a two-level train-the-trainer model to scale up a mental health program for teachers in Ugandan schools. The program, called mWEL-PD, trains teachers to support their own wellbeing and that of their students. Researchers will compare this new model with and without extra support strategies to see which works best. Over 1,500 participants, including teacher trainers and school staff, will take part.
