Tracking Real-World feelings on a new schizophrenia drug

Summary
This study aims to understand how satisfied adults with schizophrenia are with a new medication called KarXT (xanomeline and trospium chloride) in their daily lives. It will follow 300 participants in the U.S. who are starting this treatment, asking them about their medication preferences and satisfaction. The goal is to gather real-world information on how people use the drug and their experience with it.
