Summary
This study tests a device called the Selective Cytopheretic Device (SCD) in 10 ICU patients with both acute kidney injury and hepatorenal syndrome. The device filters certain white blood cells over 7 days to see if it improves kidney function and blood circulation. The main goal is to check safety, including side effects and device problems, while also tracking whether patients can stop dialysis.
