Summary
This study tested whether a magnesium salt oral spray (SC0023) can reduce coughing in adults with chronic cough that doesn't respond to treatment or has no clear cause. About 20 participants used the spray or a placebo for 14 days, then switched. The main goal was to see if the spray lowered cough frequency over 24 hours.
