Summary
This study tested a new eye drop called SBI-100 in 56 adults with glaucoma or high eye pressure. Participants used the drops twice daily for 14 days. Researchers measured how well the drops lowered eye pressure and checked for side effects. The goal was to see if SBI-100 is safe and effective compared to a placebo.
