First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests a tool called Savvy, which includes short phone exercises, a weekly pill organizer, and text reminders, to help stroke survivors take their blood pressure medication regularly. About 150 adults who had a stroke in the past year and struggle with medication adherence will be enrolled. The goal is to see if Savvy improves medication use and blood pressure control compared to usual care alone.
