Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests satralizumab, a drug that blocks IL-6, in 131 people with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease. The main goal is to see if it reduces eye bulging by at least 2 mm after 24 weeks. Participants receive either satralizumab or placebo injections, and researchers also check for improvements in double vision and eye pain.
