New injection tested to fight bulging eyes and double vision

Summary
This study is testing whether satralizumab, an injectable medication, can help control moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease. About 131 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces eye bulging, double vision, pain, and improves quality of life. The goal is to see if this treatment can better manage the inflammation and symptoms of this condition.
