Summary

This study tested a drug called saroglitazar in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who also had nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The goal was to see if the drug could reduce liver fat over 24 weeks. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited. It involved 60 women aged 18 to 45.
