This study looked at 3 liver transplant patients to see if those with muscle loss (sarcopenia) need less of the muscle relaxant drug rocuronium during surgery. Researchers measured hand grip strength and used a questionnaire to check for sarcopenia before surgery. The goal is to personalize drug doses to reduce side effects and shorten hospital stays.
