Summary
This study looked at whether a simple home exercise program and/or protein supplements could help prevent falls in older adults at risk of muscle loss (sarcopenia). Over 800 seniors with signs of frailty or a recent fall took part. The goal was to see if these approaches, alone or together, could reduce falls and improve muscle function.
