Summary
This study aims to understand how common muscle weakness and cognitive problems (often called 'chemobrain') are in people who have finished cancer treatment. Researchers will collect health data from 100 adult cancer survivors during a standard follow-up check-up day. The goal is to gather information to help improve long-term support and quality of life for survivors.
