Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug called SAR445877, alone or with other cancer drugs, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, checking if the drug shrinks tumors. About 542 people will take part.
