Summary

This study looks at whether manually releasing the saphenous nerve can reduce pain, improve balance, and restore function in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (front knee pain). The trial will include 36 adults aged 18–35 with knee pain lasting at least six weeks. Participants will receive a hands-on nerve release technique, and researchers will measure changes in pain, balance, and daily function.
