First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether targeted radiation can help control multiple myeloma that remains active after standard CAR-T cell therapy. About 30 adults who still have signs of disease on scans at least 30 days after CAR-T will receive radiation to up to five tumor sites. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and delay the disease from getting worse.
