Summary
This early-stage study tests a daily mixture of saline and glycerin given as an enema to children aged 3 to 16 who have fecal incontinence (at least one accident per week). The goal is to help them stay clean and avoid stool accidents the next day. The study will enroll 30 children and measure how many days they stay accident-free during the treatment period.
