New osteoporosis shot aims to strengthen bones in older women

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SAL056 in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose. About 200 women aged 45 to 80 will receive different doses of the drug or a control treatment for around 10 weeks. The study focuses on side effects and how well the drug works to strengthen bones.
