Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine, NNC0497-0040, given as a weekly shot. It will include healthy people, those who are overweight or obese, and people with type 1 diabetes who are also overweight. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable, and how the body processes it. About 146 participants will be in the study for up to 29 weeks.
