Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called LY4057996 in healthy volunteers and people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and what side effects it may cause. Researchers will also measure how the body processes the drug and its effect on blood sugar. The study involves up to 124 participants and lasts between 4 and 11 weeks depending on the group.
