First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a single inhaled dose of RJ026 in 84 people—42 healthy volunteers and 42 patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD). The goal is to see how the drug moves through the body and lungs, and to check for any safety issues. Participants will have blood tests and a lung wash procedure to measure drug levels. This is a first step to see if RJ026 might be a future treatment for ILD.
