Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug, [177Lu]Lu-OncoFAP-23, alone or with another drug (L19-IL2), in people with advanced solid tumors that have a protein called FAP. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and to find the best dose. About 56 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will take part.
