First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug, [177Lu]Lu-AKIR001, in 15 adults with advanced solid tumors (like thyroid, head and neck, cervical, vulvar, or lung cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and side effects, not to cure the disease. Participants receive up to four infusions over several weeks, with close monitoring for any harmful effects.
