Post-Approval watch: how does this IBD drug perform in real patients?

NCT ID NCT06459297

Summary

This study monitored Korean adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease who were prescribed the approved drug upadacitinib (RINVOQ) by their doctor. The goal was to collect real-world information on the drug's safety and how well it controls disease symptoms over one year of treatment. It was an observational study, meaning patients received the drug as part of their normal medical care and were followed to track any side effects and changes in their condition.
