NCT ID NCT07340983

Summary

This study is testing whether a smartphone app called Safe Haven can help reduce depression, anxiety, and stress in college students. Researchers will compare students using the app alongside regular campus mental health services to students receiving only standard campus care. The app tracks mood, provides educational content, and offers AI chatbot support for three months to see if it improves mental health symptoms and knowledge.
