Study digs into hidden costs and scar satisfaction of prolapse surgeries

Summary
This study looks at two surgical methods for pelvic organ prolapse in women: robotic and open surgery. Researchers want to find out which costs more during the operation and how satisfied patients are with their scars and overall results. About 80 women having either type of surgery will be surveyed and their surgery costs tracked.
