Summary

This study tests a drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan in 20 people with advanced anal or rectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed and has not responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and what side effects it causes. This is an early-phase trial to gather information on how well the drug works.
