Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and berzosertib, in adults with small cell lung cancer or cancers that have stopped responding to PARP inhibitors. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combo can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drugs by IV on specific days of a 21-day cycle, and treatment continues as long as it helps and is tolerated.
