Summary
This early-phase study tests a precise, high-dose radiation technique called SABR for men with high-risk prostate cancer. The goal is to find the highest safe dose to the prostate and pelvic lymph nodes while monitoring side effects and quality of life. About 60 participants will receive up to 5 radiation sessions, with doses increased gradually in different groups.
