Summary
This study tests a new way to help people in rural areas who smoke but aren't ready to quit. It trains local paramedics to connect smokers with a free mobile phone game called 'Take a Break,' which guides them through short periods of not smoking. The goal is to build skills and confidence that may lead to quitting later, especially in hard-to-reach communities with high smoking rates.
