Summary

This study tests a brain stimulation technique called rTMS to see if it can reduce knee arthritis pain and depression in older adults. Thirty volunteers aged 50 and older with chronic knee pain and moderate to severe depression will receive rTMS along with Tai Chi. The goal is to check if this combination is safe, tolerable, and worth testing in larger studies.
