Summary

This study tests whether repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation technique, can reduce chronic headaches and improve recovery in people with mild traumatic brain injury. Researchers will compare active rTMS to a sham (fake) treatment in 60 adults aged 18-55 who have had persistent headaches for at least 3 months after their injury. The goal is to see if rTMS can help without the side effects of common headache medications.
