NCT ID NCT06112093

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), a painless brain stimulation technique, can reduce chronic headaches in people who have had a mild traumatic brain injury. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 18-55 who have had headaches for at least 3 months after their injury. The goal is to see if rTMS can ease headache pain, improve sleep and daily function, and help identify biological markers for recovery.
