First seen May 16, 2026 ยท Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can help reduce depressive symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. About 50 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either real rTMS or a sham (fake) treatment. The researchers will also use digital tools like facial expression analysis and eye-tracking to measure treatment response.
