Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called RT-310 for men with an enlarged prostate (BPH) that causes bothersome urinary symptoms. The treatment involves injecting a drug directly into the prostate to reduce side effects seen with pills. The study includes 20 men aged 50-80 who have not had enough relief from standard medications. The main goal is to check if the procedure is safe and doable.
