Summary
This study follows 50 people over age 50 who had arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Researchers will measure shoulder disability, pain (at rest, during movement, and at night), and sleep quality over time. The goal is to better understand recovery patterns and help create clearer rehab guidelines.
