First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested a free, confidential chatbot called Rosie that pregnant women and new moms can use on their phone or computer. Moms type questions about pregnancy, baby milestones, or health and get instant answers from trusted sources like children's hospitals and government agencies. The study included 400 women from racial minority groups to see if the chatbot could reduce postpartum depression and emergency room visits and improve well-baby checkups.
