Summary
This study tested whether taking rosemary and daylily extracts can improve sleep quality in middle-aged adults. Ten people over age 50 with trouble sleeping took the supplements or a placebo for eight weeks. The goal was to see if these herbs help with sleep time, melatonin levels, and overall sleep quality.
