Summary

This study tested a new injectable painkiller called Ropiclobet in 60 adults having arm, elbow, forearm, or hand surgery. The goal was to see how well it controls pain and if it is safe. Participants received a single injection near the shoulder to numb the arm, avoiding the need for general anesthesia. Researchers measured pain levels and side effects for 30 days after surgery.
