Summary

This study looks at two different medicines placed inside a tooth during root canal treatment to see which one causes less pain and helps the infection heal better. Eighty adults with infected front teeth will receive one of the two medicines and report their pain levels over a week. X-rays taken over two years will check how well the bone around the tooth heals.
