NCT ID NCT07271797
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether using electronic devices or X-rays to measure root canal length changes how much pain patients feel after root canal treatment. 125 adults with no prior pain or swelling took part, and each had their root canal measured with one of five methods. Patients recorded their pain levels for 48 hours after treatment. The goal was to find which method causes the least discomfort.
