New COPD drug safety check: tozorakimab under Long-Term review

Summary
This study is checking the long-term safety of a drug called tozorakimab in people with COPD who have had flare-ups in the past. About 82 adults who finished a previous tozorakimab study will take the drug and be monitored for side effects. The goal is to see if the drug remains safe over time.
