Could a COPD drug ease rheumatoid arthritis?

Summary
This study tests whether adding roflumilast to standard treatment can reduce joint pain and swelling in people with active rheumatoid arthritis. About 50 adults aged 18-60 will take either roflumilast or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in disease activity and blood markers of inflammation.
