Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called ROC-101 in 40 adults with two types of pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Participants take the drug alongside their usual treatments for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and improves blood flow and exercise ability.
