Robot dog walks with young cancer patients to fight fatigue

Summary

This study tests whether walking with a robot dog can improve sleep, reduce tiredness, and boost quality of life in children aged 2-7 who are being treated for cancer. Forty kids will either walk with a robot dog or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this fun, safe activity helps them feel better during treatment.
