Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week course led by a robot could help prevent or delay cognitive decline in older adults with mild memory problems. 80 people aged 65 and older took part, with half attending weekly robot-led classes on brain health and interactive games. The goal was to see if the program could improve thinking skills, mood, social activity, and well-being, and reduce loneliness.
